When it comes to service, it pays to think Australian

IT IS not unusual to find an Australian working in a pub or hotel in Scotland, but a country inn has taken the idea to extremes.

Of the 12 staff at Dalmunzie Country Hotel, at the Spittal of Glenshee, 11 are from Australia - and its owners claim that is because Scottish workers are not up to the job.
