IT IS not unusual to find an Australian working in a pub or hotel in Scotland, but a country inn has taken the idea to extremes.From When it comes to service, it pays to think AustralianOf the 12 staff at Dalmunzie Country Hotel, at the Spittal of Glenshee, 11 are from Australia - and its owners claim that is because Scottish workers are not up to the job.
The article also talks about how an estimated 300,000 Australians are working in the UK at any one time. No wonder it seems like everyone spends some time there!
