Australia warns of further attacks on foreigners in Indonesia
The Australian government on Friday advised Australians to defer non-essential travel to Indonesia, warning against further attacks by terrorists on foreigners.
Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT's) re-issued travel advisory came a week after around 300 members of Islam Defenders Front launched a raid at a bar frequented by foreigners in Jakarta last Saturday for ignoring a call for all nightspots to close during the Muslim fasting month of Ramadhan.
