Formula 1 Comes to the Sydney Customs House
By Heather | Permalink | 1 comment | March 11th, 2007 | TrackbackFancy yourself a bit of a Michael Schumacher of the weekend roads…aside from the places with speed cameras of course… Here is your chance to set yourself up against the pros. The RBS Grand Prix Challenge, using a full size Williams team Formula 1 car complete with simulator, lets you test your instincts to set a fastest lap.
Each lap takes approximately 1.5 minutes. Entrants in the challenge must hold full drivers licenses and be at least 18 years of age. The site will feature activities such as souvenir photo booths and screens showing great moments from the history and present of the AT&T Williams F1 Team.
The simulator will visit Sydney, Singapore, London, Tokyo and Hong Kong throughout the course of 2007 Formula 1 Season. All events will take place in the lead up to Grand Prix Events. The RBS F1 Simulator visits Australia at Custom’s House, Circular Quay between the 5th and 18th of March 2007.
