The Consulate General of the United States in Melbourne is located on St. Kilda Road near the Albert Cricket Ground. The consulate provides visa services, as well as U.S. citizen services including passport services and notarials.

General opening hours are from 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. However, American Citizen Services run on a different schedule, with general counter hours from 12:30pm to 3:30pm on Monday to Friday, and from 9:00am to 12:00pm on Monday and Wednesday only. You must make an appointment through the website to gain access to the building.
