Immigration Dept may be sued over woman’s death
By Court | Permalink | No Comments | September 12th, 2005 | TrackbackMore bad news for the f-ed up Immigration Department as it may be sued over woman’s death after doctors said she was too fragile to travel. As a follow up, the Australian citizen who was incorrectly deported to the Philippines is costing taxpayers $900 a day with all the legal fighting going on, while annual homecare in Australia would cost $40,000 a year.
