New Zealand Hooker
By Sean | PermalinkAussies and Kiwis are always taking the piss on each other. Since there are 30 million sheep and only 3 million New Zealanders - stuff like this propogates quickly and is worth a laugh.
I put this entry under the category Travel Tips as well, because knowing this and joking about it with a Kiwi and/or Aussie, will help ease the understanding between outsider and insider.
BTW, I went to bed here in the US of A at about 1:30 last night and Conan O’Brien show was on and guess who his guest was. The Crocofile Hunter, Steve Irwin. It was hilarious watchin Conan try to decipher this guys speech. The entry I posted a few weeks ago would have helped him. Anyway, Irwin was his typical spazzed out self…just jacked up about life, animals and has another kid on the way. Great stuff.
