I heard a comment that sharks in Australia save more people than they kill statistically. People are scared of sharks and that helps keep them out of the water, preventing downings.

I owe my life to the fact that I have never been to Australia. What with all the snakes, sharks, spiders and Ging, I wouldn't survive there.
