Government bans Spam

And just like that, all of Australia's spam problems are solved.

Cabinet moves to ban spam

Just because it's illegal doesn't make it any easier to find these people. And what about international spam? You can't stop that, or charge the people that do it. I'd be interested to learn just how the govt plans to stop all this spam. Good luck to them, I hope it works, but I'm not holding my breath.

Shame on you for being synical about the government. It is a small step and hopefully they will throw some money to allow it to be investigated and have people (if they can catch them) charged.

Any step is better than nothing. Spam drives me nuts.
